Bevor ihr euch registriert lest bitte die folgende Beschreibung :)

Dieses Event wird anders und intensiver als sonst! Ich plane für uns 2,5 Tage alle zusammen an einem Ort.

Training - Roda - Workshop -  gesundheitsorientierte Gastvorträge / Workshops (Arzt / Sportwissenschaftler/innen) - Musik - Essen - Schlafen - 24h Capoeira - Repeat!

Dieses Format wird nur im Komplettpaket angeboten!
Im Eventpreis sind enthalten:

• 2 Übernachtungen (Etagenbett / Doppel- Einzelzimmer auf Anfrage)
  Eigene Bettwäsche bitte mitbringen - Bettwäsche zum leihen gegen Aufpreis! (7,50€ extra)
  
• Vollverpflegung (2x Frühstück, 2x Mittagessen, 2x Abendessen, 1x Kaffe & Kuchen)
• Trainings / Workshops / Wissensvermittlung und viele positive Vibes :)

Zahlung:

Details zur Bankverbindung bzw. zum Paypal Account und weitere Hinweise erhaltet ihr in der Bestätigungsmail.

Nützliches:

Bitte denkt an eure Capoeira Kleidung (wer hat) und weitere bequeme Sportkleidung für drinnen aber auch für draußen. Gern könnt ihr Trainingsgeräte & Co. (Faszienrollen, Faszienbälle, Trainingsbänder etc.) mitnehmen.

Denkt ggf. auch an Eisspray, Kühlsalbe, Tape, Pflaster und persönliche wichtigen Sachen wie z.B. Medikamente. Etwas Obst oder einige Energieriegel helfen über das berühmte "Hungerloch".

Wenn ihr (Capoeira) Musikinstrumente habt, dann nehmt diese natürlich auch gerne mit, ebenso natürlich Liedtexte.

Das Kleingedruckte:

Eine Teilnahme am Event ist ab 16 Jahren möglich. Für unter 18jährige Teilnehmer:innen wird eine Einverständniserklärung der Eltern benötigt. Diese senden wir per Mail an fogo.gcb@gmail.com.

In der Teilnahmegebühr für das Event ist die Anfahrt nicht enthalten. Diese muss privat organisiert werden.

Stornobedingungen:

Bis zum 24. September 2024 ist eine kostenfreie Stornierung möglich. Bei einer Stornierung nach dem 24. September 2024 fallen 50% der Teilnahmegebühr an. Bei Stornierung nach dem 10. Oktober 2024 fallen 75% der Teilnahmegebühr an, bei Stornierung ab dem 11. Oktober 2024 100%. Keine Stornogebühren fallen an, wenn die absagende Person selbstständig Ersatz organisiert.

 This format is only offered as a complete package!
The event price includes:

•      2 nights (bunk bed / double-single room on request)
       Please bring your own bed linen - bed linen can be rented for an additional charge! (€7.50 extra)
•      Full board (2x breakfast, 2x lunch, 2x dinner, 1x coffee & cake)
•      Training / workshops / knowledge transfer and lots of positive vibes :)

Full price: 230 €
 
Arrival:

Friday, November 22nd: from 5 p.m.
 
Departure:

Sunday, November 24th / around 4:00 p.m
 
Payment:

You will receive details about the bank details or Paypal account and further information in the confirmation email.
 
Useful:

Please remember your Capoeira clothing (if you have one) and other comfortable sports clothing for indoors and outdoors. You are welcome to take training equipment etc. (fascia rollers, fascia balls, training bands, etc.) with you.

If necessary, also think about ice spray, cooling ointment, tape, plasters and personal important items such as medication. Some fruit or some energy bars help overcome the famous “hunger hole”.

If you have (capoeira) musical instruments, then of course you are welcome to take them with you, as well as song lyrics.
 
The fine print:

Participation in the event is possible from the age of 16. For participants under 18, a declaration of consent from their parents is required. Please send this via email to fogo.gcb@gmail.com. The participation fee for the event does not include travel. This must be organized privately.
 
Cancellation conditions:

Free cancellation is possible until September 24th, 2024. If you cancel after September 24th, 2024, 50% of the participation fee will be charged. If canceled after October 10th, 2024, 75% of the participation fee will be charged; if canceled after October 11th, 2024, 100% will be charged. There are no cancellation fees if the person canceling independently organizes a replacement.
